About aitvini

About.

A small team in Batumi, building software for boutique service businesses whose customers expect to be understood, not processed.

Mid-conversation. Batumi, late afternoon.
What we make

What we make.

aitvini is built in Batumi, Georgia. We make software for boutique service businesses — clinics, hotels, planners, premium operators — whose customers expect to be understood, not processed.

Most software for small businesses sells you another thing to manage. A booking system. A CRM. A marketing tool. A chatbot. Each one becomes a tab in your browser, a notification on your phone, a thing you reluctantly maintain.

aitvini does the opposite. It's a customer surface and an intelligence layer that turn every conversation into a brief you read with your coffee. It speaks every language your customers speak. It catches problems before they become bad reviews. It tells you what your customers want, in their own words, before you have to ask.

You don't maintain it. You read it.

We started this because we kept watching boutique businesses in Batumi lose customers in the gap between “I'm curious” and “I asked.”

Why Batumi

Built here because the businesses we're building it for are here.

Batumi runs on small, premium, multilingual businesses — and they're underserved by software designed for shopping carts and call centers.

We started here because we know what good looks like for a boutique clinic on Chavchavadze Avenue or a hotel in the old town. The bet is that what works for them works for similar businesses anywhere.

When we say “boutique,” we don't mean small. We mean a business where every customer is supposed to feel like the only customer.

Old town, after service.
How we work

Three things we believe enough to bet a company on.

  1. 01

The chat is honest about being a chat.

We don't pretend the brain is a person. We don't dress it up to feel human. Your customers know they're typing with software that knows your business; that knowledge is what makes them comfortable using it.

  2. 02

The brain changes when you do.

Edit a policy in plain English; the chat reflects it inside the hour. No retraining. No model fine-tunes. No support ticket. The brain is yours to keep current — and the chat refuses to make things up when the brain doesn't know.

  3. 03

We charge less than your cheapest customer is worth.

If aitvini doesn't earn its keep through one customer it would have lost otherwise, you should fire us. The pricing line on the home page is the floor; that's where boutique B2B has to start.

The team.
Who we are

A small team. On purpose.

Headquartered in Batumi. Two people on the team today, building this carefully, by hand, for businesses that care about every customer.

We've been small intentionally. Software for boutique businesses needs to be made by people who think about boutique businesses every day, not by a feature roadmap aimed at the average market.

If that describes the way you'd want your own software to be made, you're probably the kind of business we're built for.

What we're shipping this month.

  • Onboarding three pilot clinics in Batumi to the brain editor — dental, dermatology, physio.
  • Tightening how the chat handles Georgian declension in product names + bilingual menu lookups.
  • Writing the journal in public — short field notes shipped as they happen.
