aitvini is operated by a small team headquartered in Batumi, Georgia. When this page says “we,” we mean that team. When it says “you,” we mean the person using the site, sending us a message, or signing up for the service.

The form on this site collects four things: your name, your business name, your phone number, and any message you choose to write. We use these to write back to you.

We also record a one-way cryptographic hash of your IP address so we can rate-limit submissions and block abuse. We do not store the raw IP. We do not run third-party analytics or tracking cookies on the marketing site.

The information you send through the form is visible to the people on our team responsible for replying to you. We do not sell, rent, or otherwise share it with third parties. The only outside services involved are our hosting provider, our database, and our transactional-email provider, which receive the data only because they run the underlying infrastructure.

We keep your submission as long as we are actively in contact with you about the business it describes, and for a reasonable period afterwards. If you want it deleted at any time, write to us and we'll do it.

You can ask us what we hold about you, you can ask us to correct it, and you can ask us to delete it. The fastest way to reach us is the same form on the home page, or WhatsApp. We respond within a working day.

We update this page when something material changes. The effective date at the top of the page tells you when the current version started applying.
